Tancu leads Erigo's commercial, operations and strategy. With four years in property as an investor and developer a finalist at industry property awards and part of selective UK property-development networks he's built and refurbished enough of his own projects to know exactly where the process tends to go wrong.

That's why Erigo exists. After repeatedly struggling to find builders he could trust on his own developments, he and co-founder Çağlar built their own team and held it to the standard they'd expect on their own properties. Before moving into property, Tancu held a senior policy role in government a background that shapes the transparency and accountability the company is built on.

His approach comes down to one belief: anything is possible when you focus and go all in. He's driven by a genuine love of property, and of creating homes people are proud to live in.
