Çağlar runs Erigo's delivery. He's the one on site, managing projects day to day and making sure the work matches exactly what was agreed on programme and to standard. Clients deal with him directly, so there's always a real person accountable for the build from start to finish.

With six years in the industry and a London portfolio spanning buy-to-let, HMOs and commercial property, he brings an investor's eye to every project he knows what adds value and what a finished job has to stand up to. He also founded and runs a successful retail business and marketplace, which sharpens the operational discipline he brings to running builds.

Like Tancu, he co-founded Erigo out of the same frustration: not being able to find builders they could rely on. Now he makes sure Erigo is the team they wished they'd had.
